WoW how to PvP with a mage?
Im trying to do arena and battlegrounds with some friends and i suck lol. I just die like that. I have like 350 hast and 1900 spell damge and my gear is either pvp or raid. Im frost spec btw.
Probably my rotation is wrong or something
Just never be alone lol you are always going to need someone with you and keeping attacks off you.
Once you begin getting the hang of pvp, try kiting the enemy (blinking and running around them while you cast spells)
You dont really need a rotation for pvp, its more just stay alive and get as many powerful spells out as possible.
I find Sheeping the healer and spanking the tank to be the most effective for arena.
Unsure what class to play in World of Warcraft.?
I have an 80 Druid (Feral), 80 Paladin (Retribution/Prot), and an 80 Mage (Fire/Frost PvP). Lately I have been unable to decide on a class.
I play my Druid the best. I can go through BGs and get around 16-20 kills and only 2-3 deaths and always be top damage as well. Though a few things really bug me about him. I hate having to change forms to use abilities, and I hate always looking the same. A cat or bear just doesn’t look…intimidating. I know that reason sounds silly, but I like being able to look at my character when in full epics and think “Wow he looks powerful.”
The Paladin is just all kinds of messed up it seems. Maybe I’m not playing Retribution right, but if I don’t have wings up in PvP I’m a sitting duck. Right now I’ve just turned away from Paladins.
The Mage I personally find too boring to play. 2-3 buttons and you’re done. Sit there and cast. So boring.

Anyway, what I’m wanting to do is DPS mostly. I want to DPS in PvE and do quite a bit of PvP. Mostly duels and BGs. I don’t care much for arena. I’m not really sure if I want to be range or melee though. I just don’t want to have a class that has an extremely boring rotation of like 1-3 buttons. I want something that will keep me feeling involved, but also do very well in both of those roles.
If anyone could suggest a class for me to play that would fit these roles, that would be great.
